Our process – Hiring a graduate

- Graduate Teaching Assistants provided will have a degree in a specialist subject, and receive ongoing training from our experienced, in-house school leaders.
- All of our Graduate Teaching Assistants are on a pathway to ITT. (If your school is part of an ITT hub or SCITT then this is an effective way to boost your trainee teacher numbers and cultivate your own talent.)
- You can view graduate CVs and their short videos explaining why they are
interested in your school’s vacancy.
