Graduates into Teaching gives you several months of paid experience as a Teaching Assistant in schools.

What can I expect from the role?
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be supporting in groups and on a 1:1 basis. Posts vary from short term to long term in our SEND schools, but we require staff that are flexible and willing to learn from experienced staff at the school.
You will be mentored and coached by the team to allow you to grow your skillset as your train. We will match you with SEND schools near you for your placement.
In addition, you must:
• Provide two referees we can contact
• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
Required Qualifications:
• You will hold a degree in any subject.
• Hold/Predicted a degree with a 2.2 or above
• GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum 4 or C)
Person specification:
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Flexible and responsive in a dynamic work environment
• Organised and efficient
• Enjoy working with young people and want to work in a SEND school

Required Qualifications
- Hold/Predicted a degree with a 2.2 or above

- Plus Science (minimum C) for Primary based roles
